This policy applies to our website, platform and services (together, the “Platform”) and forms part of our Terms & Conditions.

Important: You are responsible for ensuring that anything you submit complies with applicable privacy and confidentiality laws. Do not enter tax file numbers or other government identifiers, or bank or card numbers. The Platform automatically removes some of these as a safeguard, but you should remove them yourself first.

4. Marketing

We only send marketing emails, such as tax tips, product updates and offers, if you tick the optional marketing box when you create an account or fill in one of our forms, or turn on Marketing emails in your account’s Privacy settings. The box is never pre-ticked and is not a condition of using the Platform. We keep a record of when you agreed.

You can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, by turning off Marketing emails in your account’s Privacy settings, or by contacting us. Opting out does not stop service emails about your account.

6. Sharing Your Information

We may share personal information with:

• Service providers and partners, such as hosting, data storage, AI model, payment, email, customer relationship management, analytics, security and infrastructure providers. They may only use your information to provide services to us.
• Professional advisers, such as lawyers, accountants and compliance consultants.

If you unsubscribe from marketing, we keep your email address so that we do not contact you again. De-identified, aggregated data may be kept indefinitely.

Features in beta may collect more detailed usage data and logs so we can fix problems, and may change how data is stored or processed. The protections in this policy still apply.
